Liquid Bottle Filling and Capping Machine

Liquid Bottle Filling and Capping Machine is designed to fill the bottles and then to seal them by capping. The production output of Bottle Liquid Filling and Capping Machine is about 30 to 100 bottles per minute depending upon the models and can fill containers of about 30ml to 1000ml. The bottles are fed to a conveyer and with the help of nozzles, the bottles are filled with a foam free liquid and after the filling procedure, the bottles are passed on to the capping unit for sealing. The contact parts are made up of SS 316 and non-contact parts of SS 304 material. The conveyer belts are also made using stainless steel and hence Liquid Bottle Filler and Capper Machine assures strength, durability and consistency.

HLBF-60 with two heads has filling capacity of 30 to 50 BPM, HLBF-150 with six heads has filling capacity of 40 to 120 BPM, HLBF-100 with four heads has filling capacity of 40 to 80 BPM, HLBF-200 with eight heads has filling capacity of 60 to 150 BPM. The contact parts are made using AISI 316 whine the non-contact parts are made using SS 304 and nickel plated mild steel. Bottle Liquid Filling Machine is CE certified.
