Automatic Vial Visual Inspection Machine

The vial visual inspection machine is manufactured specially to use in the pharmaceutical industry for checking and analysing the ampoules and vials filled with medications. The glass vial visual inspection machine is provided with AC drives rejection unit which rejects the incorrectly filled ampoules to a rejection station. The injectable vial visual inspection machine is given a stainless steel matt finish.

Process of Operating

The liquid filled ampoules are fed to the feed chute. An index wheel transfers them to a linear transfer rack. The transfer rack sends them to an inspection section where the ampoules are spinned at a predefined rate. An operator view the ampoules through a magnifying glass where they are illuminated by a light wave. The operator rejects the incorrectly filled ampoules by pressing a rejection switch. A numbered light located above the magnifying lens lights up which indicates that the ampoule is rejected. The whole batch is sent to the rejection section where the rejected ampoules are ejected out of the batch. The remaining ampoules are sent to a collection unit where a tray is used to collect the accepted ampoules.
